The German Energy Academy (GEA) in Jordan held a coordination meeting with the Jordan Restaurants Association at the German Jordanian University (GJU) to discuss preparations for the upcoming phase of its programs. This initiative comes as part of the Academy’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the practical implementation of energy efficiency measures and expand its activities to include vital economic sectors across the Kingdom.
During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of field energy audit programs targeting Jordan’s restaurant sector, which comprises nearly 1,400 establishments.
