Berlin, 17 November 2025: At its annual general meeting in Berlin, the project team of the German Energy Academy in Jordan (GEA) of BSW-Solar gGmbH presented the internship concept in detail and focused on placing skilled workers with German solar and battery storage companies. The GEA was represented at the event with its own booth and was able to establish several new personal company contacts. Follow-up discussions were arranged, for example with the HR managers of interested companies.
Furthermore, the German Energy Academy in Jordan was presented in detail to the members during the plenary session of the meeting when the recent association’s activities were presented.
Every year in November, the BSW-Solar general meeting brings around 200 of the approximately 1,100 member companies to Berlin at the decision-maker level.
