Berlin, 17.11.2025: Anlässlich seiner jährlichen Mitgliederversammlung in
Berlin hat das Projektteam der German Energy Academy der BSW-Solar
gGmbH das Praktikumskonzept vor Ort ausführlich vorgestellt und die
Fachkräftevermittlung an deutsche Solar- und Speicherunternehmen in
den Mittelpunkt gerückt. Die GEA war so mit einem eigenen Stand bei
der Veranstaltung vertreten und es konnten mehrere neue
Firmenkontakte gewonnen werden. Folgegespräche zum Beispiel mit
den Personalverantwortlichen interessierter Unternehmen wurden
vereinbart.
BSW-Solar exclusively presents German Energy Academy and internship concept at its Annual General Assembly in Berlin

Berlin, 17 November 2025: At its annual general meeting in Berlin, the
project team of the German Energy Academy in Jordan (GEA) of BSW-
Solar gGmbH presented the internship concept in detail and focused on
placing skilled workers with German solar and battery storage
companies. The GEA was represented at the event with its own booth
and was able to establish several new personal company contacts.
Follow-up discussions were arranged, for example with the HR
managers of interested companies.

The German Energy Academy in Jordan organized an introductory session for faculty members from the School of Applied Technical Sciences (SATS) and the School of Sustainable Systems and Engineering (SSSE) at the German Jordanian University (GJU).
Training Workshop on “Curricula Development of Training Programs in Renewable Energy at GJU

The German Energy Academy in Jordan (GEA) organized a specialized training workshop on developing competency-based training programs in renewable energy at the German Jordanian University (GJU). The workshop brought together representatives from GJU, Al-Hussein Technical University, the Amman Chamber of Industry, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

The German Energy Academy in Jordan (GEA) participated in JoENERGY, held as part of JOBuild Amman from August 5–7, 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote renewable energy education and training in Jordan.
The Academy’s participation aimed to showcase its hands-on training programs, build strategic partnerships, and attract initiatives that empower local talent and prepare them to meet the growing demands of the energy sector.
